Set up and use your My Sage account

My Sage is the area of the Sage website where you can:

  • View your account information.
  • Find your softwares' serial number and activation key.
  • View and pay your invoices and account balance.
  • Access support.
  • Manage access to your account details.

Before you can use My Sage, you must create a login.

For online software support without having to log in, visit

Create a login

  1. Visit and click Create a Sage login.
  2. Enter your Name and Email then enter and confirm a new password, then click Register.

An email is sent to the email address you entered. Please allow a few minutes for this to arrive. When you receive it, you can then activate your login.

If you don't see this email in your inbox, you should check your spam or junk mail folders.

Activate your login

  • Open the activation email then click the link provided.

You've now created and activated your My Sage login and can link it to your Sage account. For further information about this, please proceed to the following section.

Link your login to your account

So that your My Sage account gives you the right support options, you must link your login to your Sage account. If you need to, you can link several accounts to the same My Sage login.
