Sage Drive for Sage 50 Accounts

With Sage Drive you and your colleagues can access your live Sage Accounts data from remote locations using the Internet. You get the great features and reliability of your desktop software, plus the flexibility of sharing your data through the cloud.

To get the best from Sage Drive there are some points you should consider before you start.

To use Sage Drive you must be using Sage 50 Accounts v23.2 or above.

How Sage Drive works

With Sage Drive you, your colleagues and your accountant can work on your live accounts data from different locations.

Set up Sage Drive for the first time

To get started, simply log in as manager and upload your data to Sage Drive from your main Sage Accounts location.

Sage Drive Management Centre

If you've Sage Drive licences for your colleagues, or you want your accountant to connect to your data, you can allow access through the Sage Drive Management Centre.

Connect to Sage Drive data from a secondary computer

You can connect to your accounts data on a computer in another location, for example, at home or in another office.

Connect your accountant to your Sage Drive data

You can connect your accountant to your accounts data. This means your accountant can check your accounts easily throughout the year while you continue to process uninterrupted.

Sometimes you may want to remove your company from Sage Drive and start again. For example, if you forget your encryption password, or you want to change the data owner.
