Online Payslips/P60s - Employee guide

$kcs_do_not_edit

This guide is for assistance logging in to the service only. For anything else, you must speak directly to your employer.

Using Sage Online Services, you can access your payslips and P60s securely online any time on mobile, tablet or desktop.

Activate your account

Once your employer sets you up for Sage Online Services, you must activate your account using the link in your Welcome email.

If you don't receive your Welcome email, you should contact your employer and ask them to send it again.

Once activated, you can then log in to the online service at any time to view your payslips.

If you leave your employment but the same employer re-employs you, they must remove you from the online service and register you again. You'll then receive a new welcome email so you can re-activate your account and create new login details.

Access Online Services

  1. Go to https://eol.sage.co.uk/employee/sign-in
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. On the Online Payslips/P60s service, click Go.
  5. The Select a service option only appears if your employer has signed you up for other online services such as Online Documents or Online Timesheets.

Once you finish viewing your payslips, to keep your information secure, remember to log out using the Log Out option in the top right-hand corner.

Unable to sign in?

If you're unable to sign in, you should check the email address and password you're entering are correct. If necessary, you can reset your password:

  1. Click Forgotten password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. An email is sent to you with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive your password reset email, check your spam and junk folders for the email. If you still don't receive the email, please speak to your employer.

If you receive a message that says 'No codes match' when you try to activate your account, don't worry this is because the verification code in your reset password email expires after 90 minutes.
