We're aware of an issue where an Ask Sage article may not load correctly. If this happens, when you access an article through our website, or through a link provided by us, only the top part of the article appears.
This is caused by your anti-virus software blocking the content of the article.
To resolve this, you must add http://ask.sage.co.uk to the authorised websites list within your anti-virus software. Sage Business Partners should also add http://askbp.sage.co.uk.
Sophos
The following steps are from section 4.7.5 in the help within Sophos.
Note: The following caution appears within the help - 'Authorizing a website that has been classified as malicious could expose you to threats, so make sure that it is safe to access the website before you authorize it'. When you do this, it means this website is not checked by the antivirus software. If you have any queries about this please contact Sophos support or your local IT support.
- Open Sophos > Home > Anti-virus and HIPS > Configure anti-virus and HIPS.
- Configure > Authorization > Websites tab > Add.
- Enter http://ask.sage.co.uk > OK.
Tip: You may need to enter ask.sage.co.uk without the http:// prefix.
If this does not resolve the issue please contact Sophos support.
