We sometimes experience higher than normal volumes of web chats and our wait times can exceed 5 – 20 minutes. When you’re through to us, depending on the nature of the support you need, we can usually deal with your query in less than 10 minutes. For more complex queries, this can take longer.
To help us answer you faster and reduce waiting times, if you’re already holding for telephone support please don’t start a web chat for the same query. We appreciate your patience during busy times and are working very hard to keep waiting times to a minimum.
There may be short time delays during the chat while the technician is using their resources and typing their response to you.
It will be quicker, easier and more efficient to troubleshoot and resolve your query by starting the chat from the computer where you need support.
