Ask Sage
Sage Business Partners can visit Ask Sage at any time. Here you can access a range of articles to help and support you with sales, purchases, products, services and any other Sage 200 Extra Online query you might have. Alternative, use the widget on the right-side of your screen to perform a search.
Software Helpfiles
You can access help at any time within Sage 200 Extra Online by pressing the F1 key whilst in the program. The screen displayed is related to the current task that is being performed. If you don't find what you need within the F1 help, you can of course contact your Sage Business Partner.
Telephone Support
Telephone and email support is available for our Business Partners through the usual channels. Please ensure you refer to the standards and procedures in the Business Partner Handbook prior to raising a new query.
