Sage 200 Services

Report library, how to videos and more

From 01 December 2014, all customers who renew their licence will have a subscription to Sage 200 Services included in their renewal. Sage 200 Services gives you access to our new Report Design Service where you can request three bespoke reports to be designed for free within in any 12 month period (subject to the terms and conditions of the service which can be found here).

Also included is access to a range of 'How to' videos, offering you step by step help in completing some of the more common tasks (such as running a year end routine) within Sage 200.

Sage 200 Services is available in 2 tiers - Standard and Extra. For full details of the benefits contained in both service tiers, please visit the Sage 200 Services home page.

Sage 200c Professional - Available now!

Sage 200c Professional

Sage 200c Professional has arrived! It brings with it a fresh new features such as Sage Bank Feeds, Purchase requisitions, invoicing and additional Excel Reporting. Sage Business Partners can access the download and all supporting material via the usual process.

Sage 200 customers should contact their Business Partner with any queries in relation to this release including how to upgrade their existing software to the latest version.

Sage 200 CRM 7.3 - Available now!

Sage 200 CRM 7.3

As part of the launch of Sage 200 Extra 2016, we're pleased to announce that Sage 200 CRM 7.3 Service Pack 2 is available also. Alternatively, you can choose to use our new Sales, Marketing and Service module for Sage 200c Professional with real-time data available directly from Sage 200c Professional.

If you are currently a Sage 200c Professional customer but do not use Sage 200 CRM or Sales, Marketing and Service, please speak to your Business Partner to find out how to use your free 1-seat licence to see what it can do for you and your business.

Sage Business Partners should head to the support site and refer to their regular communications from the Marketing team for more release information about Sage 200c Professional and Sage 200 CRM or Sales, Marketing and Service 7.3.

Integration with Sage 200c Professional

Sage 200 CRM is part of the Sage 200 Suite. What separates the program from our standard Sage CRM product is that it allows seamless integration with Sage 200c Professional. Users of Sage 200 CRM can view customer and supplier data from Sage 200c Professional within the Sage 200 CRM interface as well as other real time data views such as total order and customer turnover values.

Sage Manufacturing offer the benefits of a full MRP system, works order processing and enhanced traceability.

Sage offer a suite of Manufacturing solutions that integrate with Sage 50 Accounts Professional and also a fully integrated Sage 200 module. Sage 50 Manufacturing Controller and Sage 200 Manufacturing are available with Sage Graphical Planner which is a resource planning addition.

Sage Manufacturing offers both a batch solution based upon bills of materials and a one off solution which can integrate with estimates and sales orders.

Support for Sage 50 and Sage 200 Manufacturing

If you are a Sage 50 Manufacturing customer and need some help, don't worry. If you have a Sage Business Partner, please contact them in the first instance and they will be happy to help.

If you do not have a Sage Business Partner, you can contact Sage directly for support on 0845 111 7733. Note that you will need to have an active Sagecover contract in place.

Sage 50 Manufacturing 2013 Service Pack 3 - Available now

We're pleased to advise our Business Partners and Sage 50 Accounts customers that Sage 50 Manufacturing 2013 Service Pack 3 is now available which allows Sage 50 Manufacturing to integrate with the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts (version v24c).

Sage Business Partners and Sage 50 Manufacturing customers can download the software from here.

Migration from other Sage software to Sage 200c Professional

Many of our Sage 50 Accounts customer outgrow their software. As their business grows and their needs change, so too do their software requirements.

With the help of a Sage Business Partner, we can help you to migrate your data from Sage 50 Accounts directly into Sage 200c Professional as smoothly as possible. We'll put you in touch with a local Business Partner who'll take you through the entire process from start to finish.

Migrating from Sage 50 Accounts

You can migrate from the following versions of Sage 50 Accounts to Sage 200c Professional...

  • Sage 50 Accounts v23.2c
  • Sage 50 Accounts v24c

If you're using an older version of the software however, you can still upgrade to Sage 200c Professional with some additional steps which we'll discuss with you as part of your migration.

Migrating from Line 100

Line 100 Migrations

Support for Sage Line 100 software ended on 30 September 2014 but you may still be using the software. If you wish to upgrade and move to Sage 200c Professional, you can speak to a Business Partner who will assist in helping you migrate your data to your new software and answer any questions you may have.

Sage 200 Extra Online

The perfect cloud solution for Small and Medium Business

If Sage 200c Professional (our on-premise version of Sage 200) isn’t for you and you want to host your software in the cloud, we also offer an online solution - Sage 200 Extra Online. This software offers you the flexibility that your business might need in terms of access, use and budget.

Our Sage 200 Extra Online solution is ideal for businesses with up to 200 employees and up to £50m turnover, although we have found that our online customers are generally towards the lower end of the scale. The solution does cater for up to 200 employees, so don’t let it stop you if your business is slightly larger.

If this matches your business profile, you might want to consider Sage 200 Extra Online rather than Sage 200c Professional.
