Sales Marketing and Service is a brand new module for Sage 200 and represents a new way of connecting your Sage 200 data such as customer activity with your sales and marketing data. The new module gives you greater freedom and allows you to connect to different versions of Sage 200 Extra. What's more, you can choose to upgrade either program without having to upgrade the other. Sales Marketing and Service opens up a variety of new opportunities for you and your customers!

Downloads for Sales Marketing and Service not for 200c Professional contain both the program and the Connector installation. If you already have the software installed and require only the Connector, you can choose to download this separately below.
Tip: Remember, you can use Sales Marketing and Service 7.3 with any version of Sage 200 from 2011 to 2016 or with Sage 200c Professional. If you're migrating from Sage 200 CRM to Sales, Marketing and Service, you must be using Sage 200 Extra 2016 before you begin the migration.

Sales Marketing and Service uses Sage CRM Connector technology which is also used by other Sage software such as Sage X3.
The Connector uses open-source scripting to determine what information is passed over from Sage 200 Extra and some files can be amended by developers to change and enhance the amount of data that is surfaced in Sales Marketing and Service.
