Sales Order (number) has due date earlier than Sales Order date

This warning can be corrected by changing the Due date to a date later than than the order date.

1. Modules > Sales Order Processing > select the required order.
2. New/Edit > Order Details > in the Due box, change the date to a date later than the order date.
3. Save > Close.

If you cannot amend the date you must delete the sales order.

The data must not be sent in for repair for this warning unless you cannot delete the order. To repair this we'll remove the necessary orders.

Note: Wherever possible, you should restore a backup that was taken before the warnings occurred. You should only send the data to us as a last resort. Whilst we make every effort to retain as much of your data as possible, this is not always possible and you may be required to enter some of your information again.
