Sage e-Banking helps you connect Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 200 and Sage 50 Payroll to your banking software,
removing the need to manually re-enter information. Depending on your banking software, you can download
statements directly into your Sage software for reconciliation and pass payment details electronically,
for example in BACS format, to your bank.

feature.

We have received confirmation from some of our customers who use Virgin Money to pay
their
staff
that despite being branded as Virgin Money, they use the Clydesdale/Yorkshire Bank
platform
for
internet banking and that the Clydesdale Bank plugin produces
the correct type of file
to
upload
to Virgin Money.
We would still strongly recommend checking with Virgin Money
before
using the
e-banking function to create and upload a payment file to be completely certain that you
are
uploading the correct type of file as there are two separate Clydesdale Bank plugins
available.

To download the latest Sage e-Banking plug-in, please follow the instructions below.
Choose the correct file to download for your e-Banking software and your Sage software.
Ensure that all Windows applications, including Sage applications, are closed. Please make sure that you
keep your browser open and stay connected to the Internet.
- Select 'Run this program from its current location' if you want to install the software now on the
computer which you are using for the download.
- Select 'Save this program to disk' if you want to install the software on a different computer or at
a later time.
When the installation has been completed, the Setup Complete screen will be displayed. Select 'Finish' to
close the screen and complete the installation.
